Read carefully! By commissioning or purchasing a design from me you agree to my terms.

I do NOT draw (don't insist):

  • NSFW

  • Gore

  • Mecha

  • Fetish themes

  • Problematic arts (arts that involve prejudiced themes, such as racism, LGBTphobia, transphobia, Nazi, etc.)

TERMS OF SERVICE: COMMISSIONS

➜ GENERAL
- Please don't rush me. Be patient! I have to balance my personal life and studies with my commissions.
- It's fine to ask about the status of your commission, but please don't abuse it by asking ALL THE TIME.
- I have the right to refuse your request if I deem it too complicated for my abilities or if it makes me uncomfortable.
- Extra characters will be charged at an additional 50% of the price➜ PAYMENTS
- Payments via PayPal, Kofi or VGen
- My payments are made in advance, and I offer two methods: Pay 100% of the amount upfront, or 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after the commission is finalized.➜ CHANGES
- I can make free changes during the Sketch and flat color process, but I don't make free changes after that!➜ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- I don't usually work with fixed deadlines, but typically, my maximum timeframe is between 1 or 2 months, and in rare cases, it all depends on my waiting list. Your order may be delivered in weeks or even days.➜ USE
- Commissioned pieces are for personal/non-commercial use.
- For commercial use, please contact me first so we can discuss and reach an agreement, but artwork for commercial use usually costs more.➜ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I have the right to use my artwork in my portfolio, posting it on social media (with a watermark, of course). If you don't want me to share it, please ask me first.
- My artwork is NOT to be used to train any type of generative AI.➜ REFUNDS
- 100% refund if I haven't started the artwork.
- 50% Once I've made the sketch, I don't offer refunds after that.➜ COMMUNICATION
- Please be as clear and detailed as possible in your request; visual references are preferred. If written references are required, please detail your request as much as possible for better understanding.
- We can communicate here or through any other social media platform I use; feel free to tell me where you prefer to communicate!If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

TERMS OF MY DESIGNS

➜ My Deisgns is NOT to be used to train any type of generative AI.➜ Do not remove my watermark and do not claim any design as your creation, give me due credit!➜ If you use Toyhouse, do not delete the profile from the designs, and also do not hide the profile from me.➜ Do not involve my designs in problematic art (mentions of racism, homophobia, lgbtphobia, transphobia, xenophobia, apologies for Nazi, fetishistic content)➜ Do not resell my designs for a higher price than the purchase price, unless you have paid for extra art.➜ Changes are allowed, as long as you don't change the essence of the design (stray from your original design)
